On your iPhone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.

This will take you to the network’s settings. Find the option of “Router” in the list, and long-press the digits (IP address) next to it to copy them.
Now, provide the username and password for your router and sign in.
Note: The username and password for your router will not be the same as for your WiFi. It may be printed somewhere on the router or in the manual. If not, you can use this list to look for your router’s default username and password by brand.

Now go to your Mac device, and in the top-left corner of the screen, click the Apple icon.
Next, go to “System Preferences”.
Select Apple ID (make sure your Mac is signed in to your Apple ID).
Scroll down a bit and make sure the Keychain box is checked.
Proceed by selecting iCloud from the menu on the left.
Now, open a new Finder window.
On the left sidebar of your Finder window, click “Applications” and open the utilities folder.
Now, launch the “Keychain Access” app.
In the search box, type the name of your Wi-Fi network and press Enter.
Double-click your Wi-Fi network. This will bring up a new settings window.
Check the box right next to ‘Show password’.
By checking the box, you will be prompted to type in your Keychain password. This is the same password you use to access your Mac computer.
